To ensure the highest possible operating standards our health and safety team meets all compliance and regulatory requirements. Our training program for new employees is extensive and includes the participation of experienced professionals that act as mentors, providing hands-on guidance and conducting periodical reviews. The introduction of a Loss Prevention Program with defined policies, procedures and business practices, further reinforces safe behaviour and strengthens a safety culture at BMR.
