George McIsaac | P.Eng. PhD - Mining Engineering

Technical Advisor

  • Forty years of experience as a mining engineer and mineral economist working in operations in Canada and Chile, consulting, and academia and based in Canada and Chile.
  • Was previously superintendent of Technical Services at Barrick's El Indo mine and was responsible for engineering, geology, exploration and replacement of reserves and resources as well as preparing the closure plan.
  • His PhD thesis work developed a procedure to determine a mine's cut-off grade and production rate and resulting mine plan under conditions of metal price uncertainty. Dr McIsaac now consults for mining companies and investors in mining engineering and strategy.

Mike Schuler | B.Sc. Geology

Exploration Manager, Chile

  • 40+ years of experience in the mining industry as a project geologist, project manager, exploration manager and VP Exploration, based in La Serena Chile
  • Mr. Schuler has managed mineral exploration programs in the Western U.S., Papua New Guinea, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil and Chile. His work spans over 15 years in Chile. His work in Chile includes the discovery and delineation of the El Espino IOGC deposit (150 MT@ 0.66% Cu and 0.25% Au)
  • Mr. Schuler has held senior positions in a number of mining and mineral exploration companies including Nord Resources, Pasminco, Da Capo Resources, Altoro, Solitario Resources, Explorator, Pucobre and Azul Resources.

Dr J. Todd Harvey | Ph.D. – Metallurgical Engineering

Metallurgical Consultant

  • Over 35 years of experience on a variety of projects as a metallurgical engineer working in a broad range of domestic and international venues
  • Has experience with a range of mineral systems including copper, gold, lithium and others.
  • Has held multiple roles including operations, engineering, consulting, and senior management. Currently President and Director of Process Engineering at Global Resource Engineering Ltd
  • Qualified Person (QP) published multiple 43-101 reports as well as peer reviewed technical papers
